LAW CUT HAIR OR NAIL ON THE FIRST TEN DAYS FOR PEOPLE WHO Hijjah will slaughter sacrificial
BySheikh Abdullah bin Abdurrahman Al-Jibrin

QuestionSheikh Abdullah bin Abdurrahman Al-Jibrin asked: There is someone who would slaughter sacrificial animals just for himself. Or about to sacrifice to himself and his parents. How law hair cut and nails him in the days of the first ten days of Dhu al-Hijjah? What is the ruling for women whose hair fell out when the comb? And how would sacrifice ruling if the intention was only done after a few days of the first ten days of Dhu al-Hijjah, whereas before he intends to cut hair and nails?
The extent to which the degree of violation if he cut his hair or nails on purpose after he intends to sacrifice her or his parents or to both parents and herself? Does it affect the validity of the sacrifice?
AnswerNarrated Umm Salamah radi 'anha that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam he said.
إذا دخلت العشر وأراد أحدكم أن يضحي فلا يمس من شعره وبشره شيئا
"Meaning: If the first ten days (Hijjah) has been entered and someone of you want to sacrifice, then do not touch the hair and skin at all" [Reported by Muslim]
It is confirmed that the texts were not to take the hair and nails are people who want to sacrifice, it's up to whether the sacrifice in the name of his or her parents or on behalf of herself and her parents. Because he is a bought and paid the price. As for the parents, children and wife, they are not prohibited from cutting their hair or nails, even though they were included in the sacrifice with him, or even if he voluntarily bought sacrificial animals of his own money for them. As for combing hair, then she should do it even if her hair were falling so, so it does not matter if a man combing hair or beard and fall accordingly.
Whoever had intended the first ten days of the mid to sacrifice, then he should not be taking or cutting of hair and nails in the following days, and do not sin what happened before intended. Similarly, it should not dissuade sacrifice even have cut hair and nails deliberately. And also do not sacrifice for that reason could not resist the temptation to cut their hair or nails that have become habits every day or every week or every two weeks sekail. However, if it is able to refrain from cutting hair or in the nail, then it shall not be unlawful for him to cut it and cut it, because the position at the time he was similar to those that led to animal sacrifice (to Mecca on the hajj). Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says
ولا تحلقوا رءوسكم حتى يبلغ الهدي محله
"It means: Do not shave (hair) head before animal sacrifice to the place penyembelihannya" [Al-Baqarah: 196]
